What is Euroclad doing to stay safe during COVID-19?

Euroclad has been lucky enough to remain open throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority.  We have taken many precautions since the COVID-19 outbreak started throughout our showroom and manufacturing shop. We are continuing to monitor the guidelines and directions from WorkSafeBC, the Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and our industry specific rules as they evolve.  We are continuing to educate our staff through training and implement the new recommendations on a regular basis.

A few items we have implemented are the following:

-Occupancy limits determined based on space; see Showroom section for specifics.

-Re-useable face masks provided to all team members

-Plexi-glass and glass partition walls have been installed

-Additional cleaning protocols have been implemented throughout Euroclad.


Is the Euroclad Showroom open during COVID-19?

Yes! We ask that all all customers pre-book appointments with a sales associate prior to arriving at Euroclad.  We feel that having the showroom space dedicated to one group is the safest way to utilize our showroom. The showroom is then sanitized after each customer visit, thus allowing all samples to be used safely with no spread of germs.  We also ask that the provided hand sanitizer is used prior to entry in the showroom.  Our sales associates have also been equipped with face masks and extra in case you would like to use one throughout your visit.  We are not mandating face masks, but in the case social distancing is not possible, we have them available for use. Last, but not least, please do not come in if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 or have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.

Are we doing services during COVID-19?

Yes! Although this is a new change. With the initial shut-down (Phase 1) we decided it was best for our customers to stop non-emergency services.  With the new transition to Phase 2, we have re-started scheduling and booking services with a few changes of course.  Upon booking your appointment, you will be asked the standard COVID-19 questions; after which we will determine if it is safe to do this service.  We ask that throughout your service, you respect social distancing protocol (2 meters away from our service technicians at all times).  Our service technicians have been provided disinfectant to clean their work space after their service.
